    I try to get my DS708 registered to the new website and it says that product doesn't exist, can anyone on Autel help please??

     hi. well the details are there to register your 708..... so I am guessing that you are entering your s/n and it is possible its not genuine. .....where did you get it from?  ....if it is genuine then contact support.

     It registered over 6 months ago and everything was fine until now that I got a message about the major update , now it saying that is not valid tool,  can anyone from Autel help with this?

     hello! try going toSETUP/HELP screen,then the ABOUT screen, then input your prod.serial#,then your registered password.it worked for me!!
